Requests and ticketing
Classify internal requests, create tickets with the right details and route them to the right queue.
Workplace automation
Cloud and infrastructure automation that moves work between the systems you already use, with exceptions routed to the right person, not lost in an inbox.
Overview
What is workplace automation?
Workplace automation uses software to move routine work between systems without manual re-keying, such as routing requests, processing documents or provisioning cloud resources. Intelox designs cloud and infrastructure workflows with defined triggers, actions and exception paths, so routine cases run automatically and unusual ones reach the right person with the context they need.
A good candidate for automation happens often, follows rules you can describe, and currently depends on someone copying information from one place to another.
What we automate
Examples of the workflows we design. Your discovery session decides which are worth automating first.
Classify internal requests, create tickets with the right details and route them to the right queue.
Extract data from invoices, forms and reports, check it against your records and file it.
Provision, scale and tidy up cloud resources through repeatable, reviewed infrastructure code.
Pull data from several systems into scheduled reports, so figures arrive without manual assembly.
Example workflow
Illustrative workflow
A typical accounts-payable flow, including what happens when something doesn't match. Step through it below.
Estimate
Adjust the assumptions to match a process you have in mind. The result is a rough estimate from your inputs, not a measured Intelox result.
Deployment and data
We host, monitor and maintain the workflow for you, and report on how it's performing.
The workflow is deployed into your own cloud account or infrastructure, so data stays within systems you control.
FAQs
Processes that happen often, follow rules you can describe and involve moving information between systems. We usually start with one workflow that is frequent, well understood and low-risk.
Each workflow has a defined exception path. When something doesn't match the rules, it goes to a named person or queue with the reason and the relevant information attached.
Either as a service managed by Intelox, or inside your own cloud account or infrastructure. We agree the model, and where data is processed, before we build.
We agree a baseline before launch (volumes, handling time and error rates) and compare against it after the workflow is running. Estimates on this page are not a substitute for that measurement.
